Each of our candles is handcrafted with care in our cozy workshop in the UAE. We use 100% natural soy wax, premium fragrance oils, and cotton wicks to ensure a clean, long-lasting burn. Our fragrances are IFRA certified and DEP/Phthalate free, prioritizing your health and the environment.

How can I place an order?

How is my order shipped?
We offer fast delivery and dispatch orders within 24 hours. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped. Additionally, our delivery partner will send you updates via WhatsApp to keep you informed about your delivery status. We ship across the UAE.
Can I return a candle if I don’t like it?
We want you to love your Valentine candle. If you’re not completely satisfied, you can return it within 7 days of purchase. The candle must be unused and in its original packaging. Contact us through our contact form to process your return.
How do I care for my candle?
To get the best out of your candle, trim the wick to (1/4 inch / 5 mm) before each use, let the wax melt evenly to the edges on the first burn to prevent tunneling, and keep the candle away from drafts. Always burn your candle on a heat-resistant surface and never leave it unattended.
Can I send a candle as a gift?
Absolutely! When sending a gift, we ensure no invoice is included in the package. Just select the gift option at checkout, and you can even include a personalized message for your loved one.
